Refund and Cancellation Policy
For Therapy

The Client agrees to attend therapy sessions promptly and on time. If the Client anticipates being late for a session, they will notify the therapist as soon as possible.

The Therapist agrees to start and end sessions at the scheduled times. If the Therapist anticipates being late or needing to reschedule a session, they will notify the Client in advance.

In the event that the Client arrives late for a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure fairness to other clients and to maintain the integrity of subsequent appointments.

If the Client needs to reschedule a session, they agree to provide at least 12 hours notice to allow the Therapist to offer the appointment slot to another client. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the Client being charged for the missed session.

In cases where the Therapist needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they will provide the Client with as much notice as possible and make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment time. Even in this case, no refund will be provided. The fee will be adjusted in the next session.

Cancellation is allowed at least 72 hours prior to the session.

In either case of rescheduling, no refund will be provided. The fee will be adjusted in the next session if 12 notice is provided, and if the notice is not given then no amount will either be adjusted or refunded for the client.

​The refund and cancellation policies would not be exceptional to emergencies.​

Pricing Policy
Our pricing is transparent, and all prices for services are displayed on the website. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be clearly noted on the website. Once a service is booked, the price will remain fixed for that transaction.​
Shipping Policy
Since our services are provided digitally, no physical shipping is required. If you purchase downloadable products, they will be available immediately upon successful payment. For any physical products (if applicable), we ensure dispatch within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days from purchase.
